RTWPC was founded by Club Director Kevin Nesbit. With several years of experience in the club water polo arena, Nesbit determined there was an immediate need for more water polo opportunities within our community. Thus RTWPC was founded in May of 2017 and opened its inaugural season in September of 2017 with the intent to expose the greater Rancho Cucamonga area to competitive-level water polo. These opportunities would become available for boy and girl athletes ages 5-18 years old. Ability levels beginner, intermediate, and advanced all can find what they need at RTWPC.
PROGRAM
DIVERSITY
RTWPC is the fastest-growing water polo club in Southern California. We attribute much of our growth to our unique programming and culture. We are an athlete-first club. Every step of development focuses on the next achievable step for each athlete. With that individual development, RTWPC stands upon a strong moral and ethical foundation that creates a positive environment in which our culture can thrive.
RTWPC staff is comprised of college coaches, former athletes, CIF champions, high school head coaches, and Olympic Development coaches. All water polo staff are First Aid/CPR, SafeSport, and background checked. All CrossFit staff are CF-L1 and CF-L2 certified, as well as CrossFit Kids Instruction certified. All Tsunami "Learn-to-Swim" staff are First Aid/CPR and WSI/LGT certified. RTWPC promotes a safe training environment; clean, equipped, and prepared.
CULTURE
ABOVE ALL ELSE
RTWPC strives to create a positive, yet competitive, culture in which our athletes can find success in and out of the pool. RTWPC strongly believes in healthy competition, hard work, and ambition.

Our amazing families and athletes exemplify our objective to create an environment where all involved parties can find joy and success within.

RTWPC preaches the importance of coachability, being a student of one's sport, and being a representative of one's self, family, and club. Sportsmanship is key
"We believe in a positive & and competitive training environment that develops individual character, maximizes team potential, and honors the sport of water polo."
